Speaking at Omega Power Ministries, he urged continued prayers for his administration, commending Apostle Chinyere's educational initiatives amidst challenges facing public services in the state.
Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has pointed to controlling the state's wealth as the primary driver of the current political turmoil affecting the region. He reiterated his commitment to using these resources responsibly for the benefit of the people, underscoring that the state's wealth belongs to its residents.
Addressing the congregation gathered for the 51st birthday of Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries, Fubara urged continued prayers for his administration. He acknowledged the challenges posed by those who aim to disrupt his government, emphasizing that his primary focus remains the well-being of Rivers residents. "Please continue to pray for us, as our administration is dedicated to ensuring that governance in Rivers stays on course."
Governor Fubara also praised Apostle Chinyere for his work in education and philanthropy, commending his efforts to provide vocational and technical training for young people.
