Jennifer Johnson, a pregnant woman from Obolo, Mbano in Imo State, is pleading for justice after the disappearance of her husband, Bright Johnson, and the tragic death of their five-year-old son. The incident took place during a raid on December 26, 2024, allegedly led by Amaze Chibuke, the community youth president, and armed men thought to be affiliated with the Department of State Services (DSS). During the raid, Bright was shot in the leg and taken to an undisclosed location, while his brother, Okechukwu, was also injured. Tragically, their son was shot and killed during the raid. According to Jennifer, the raid was related to a land dispute between her husband and Chibuke.

A commercial motorcyclist, who was detained alongside Bright but later released, informed Jennifer that her husband was being held in a DSS facility in Owerri. Despite several attempts by Bright's father to visit him at the DSS office, the officials have denied access, causing further distress. Jennifer has reported the incident to the police, but due to financial constraints, progress has been slow. She accuses Chibuke of using the DSS to cover up the crime and frame her husband. Jennifer remains desperate for answers, particularly regarding her husband's whereabouts and the truth behind their son’s death.
