The House of Representatives has summoned Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Chairman, Ola Olukoyode, and Nigeria Correctional Service officials to investigate bribery allegations.

The inquiry stems from claims that popular crossdresser Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, bribed EFCC officers with ₦15 million to drop money laundering charges. Bobrisky allegedly served his sentence in a VIP facility instead of a correctional center. A viral recording by social media influencer, Very Dark Man, exposed these allegations, prompting further scrutiny. Both Bobrisky and Very Dark Man have been invited to testify.

The investigation has sparked widespread attention online.
