Comedian Ijoba Lande forgives his wife, Dara, over alleged infidelity but refuses reconciliation. The scandal, involving actor Baba Tee, took a twist after initial denials turned into confessions. Lande cites religious beliefs for his decision, urging forgiveness while cautioning against repeated mistakes. Social media reactions remain divided.

Nigerian comedian Ganiu Morufu, popularly known as Ijoba Lande, has addressed the controversy surrounding his wife’s alleged infidelity, stating that he has chosen to forgive her for the sake of his faith. However, he made it clear that their marriage is over, and he will not take her back.

During a TikTok live session, Lande explained that his decision to forgive was driven by his desire for divine mercy. "I cannot hold onto anger if I want God to forgive me. But I won’t make the same mistake again," he said.

The controversy erupted when Lande accused his wife, Dara, of being romantically involved with several men in the entertainment industry, including actor Babatunde Tayo, also known as Baba Tee. Initially, Baba Tee denied any involvement, claiming he had only met Dara briefly. However, he later admitted to an encounter with her, insisting he was unaware of her marital status at the time.

Dara, on the other hand, dismissed the allegations, asserting that her interaction with Baba Tee was misinterpreted. While acknowledging they were in the same space, she maintained that no intimate relationship occurred.

Lande’s response has sparked debate among fans and social media users, with some praising his forgiveness and others questioning his decision. He advised people to forgive but remain cautious, stating, "Always forgive, but never put yourself in the same position twice."

The scandal continues to generate discussion online, with many weighing in on the personal and moral implications of the situation.
