Jerry Eze, founder of Streams of Joy International, has dismissed claims of staging a miracle at a recent UK conference. Accused of fabricating the healing of a wheelchair-bound girl, Eze refutes these allegations, stating he prioritizes his divine mission over engaging with critics.

Jerry Eze, the founder and president of Streams of Joy International, has recently confronted allegations that he staged a miracle during a conference in the UK. At the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declaration (NSSPD) event, Eze was reported to have healed an 8-year-old girl with cerebral palsy who was initially in a wheelchair.

The reported miracle led to a storm of controversy online, with some accusing Eze of fabricating the event and questioning his lack of similar actions for the sick in Nigeria. In response to the criticism, Eze addressed his congregation, firmly rejecting the accusations. He emphasized that he does not intend to engage with critics or respond to allegations.

Eze, who established Streams of Joy in 2013 in Abia State, now oversees a network of over 13 branches globally. He introduced the NSSPD prayer sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic as a digital platform for prayer and spiritual engagement. Eze's focus, he asserted, remains on his mission for God rather than addressing public doubts or engaging in controversy.
