Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, has appointed 200 youths from the APC as Special Assistants. The announcement was made at the APC Secretariat, Birnin Kebbi, with party leaders praising the governor's fulfillment of promises, including infrastructure and social welfare programs. New appointees will receive salaries by December.

Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, appointed 200 youths from the All Progressives Congress (APC) as his Special Assistants. The announcement was made at the APC Secretariat in Birnin Kebbi on Thursday. Party Chairman, Alhaji Abubakar Kana-Zuru, expressed pride in the governor's achievements, highlighting the fulfillment of 80% of campaign promises, including the distribution of free fertilizers, foodstuff, solar-powered street lights, and improved infrastructure. He also praised the governor's inclusive leadership style and commitment to democracy.

Kana-Zuru assured the new appointees that they would begin receiving salaries by the end of December. APC Women's Leader, Hajiya A'isha Gulabi, urged the beneficiaries to remain loyal and respectful, emphasizing that further appointments would be made soon.

The youth appointees expressed gratitude for the opportunity and recognized the governor's commitment to fulfilling promises. Governor Idris continues to focus on empowering youths and enhancing the state's development through inclusive governance.
