Alhaja Hafsat Anifowoshe, ex-wife of Fuji legend KWAM1, passed away at 65 due to an undisclosed illness. Her daughter, Idayat, serves as Special Assistant to Lagos Island East LCDA's executive chairman. Hafsat’s funeral followed Muslim rites, with heartfelt tributes from family and officials.

Alhaja Hafsat Anifowoshe, the ex-wife of Fuji music icon King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (KWAM1), passed away on Tuesday at the age of 65. She died following an undisclosed illness. Hafsat was well known for her role as the mother of Idayat Anifowoshe, who serves as the Special Assistant on Special Duties to Dr. Mayor Muibi Folawiyo, the executive chairman of Lagos Island East Local Council Development Authority.

By Muslim traditions, Hafsat has already been laid to rest at Abari Cemetery in Lagos. Her passing has deeply affected her family and the community, with heartfelt condolences pouring in. Olushoga Olushola, the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman of LIELCDA, expressed his sympathy, remembering Hafsat as an exemplary woman, loving mother, and dedicated community member.
