Additional attendees include Alhaji Mohammed Idris, Information Minister; Heineken Lokpobiri, Minister of State for Petroleum; and Ekperikpe Ekpo, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas). Representatives from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited are also present.
