Chioma Ikokwu, popularly known as Chioma GoodHair, has accused Lagos State government officials of misconduct during a demolition at her Lekki business premises. The CEO of GoodHair took to Instagram to share videos and narrate the events, alleging that officials from the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) engaged in improper actions while executing the demolition.
Ikokwu claimed her team was still moving out their belongings when the officials ordered them to vacate immediately, leaving the building materials behind. According to her, the officials intended to steal the materials once the area was cleared.
In the videos, security personnel accompanying the officials were seen assaulting some of her staff. Chioma also alleged that one of the officials attempted to seize her phone as she recorded the incident.
Her revelations have sparked outrage online, with many condemning the alleged misconduct of the government representatives. Chioma called on the Lagos State government to investigate the matter and ensure accountability.
