In a significant administrative move, Professor Ibibia Lucky Worika has been appointed as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) of Rivers State by Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas (rtd.), the state's Sole Administrator. His appointment comes shortly after Dr. George Nwaeke stepped down as State Head of Service.
