The confidential letter conveying this crucial information was addressed to the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Navy, dated December 8, 2023, and signed by Rear Admiral IM Albara on behalf of the Chief of the Naval Staff.
The Chairman is entrusted with the task of disseminating this information to fellow committee members and other prominent figures within the House, ensuring widespread awareness among their respective constituents.
