The surgery, which took place in January, was performed for aesthetic purposes. Zicsaloma explained that his decision stemmed from a long-standing insecurity about his nose, which had been a source of ridicule throughout his life.
In a YouTube post, the content creator expressed how he had been constantly mocked for the size and shape of his nose, with many labeling it as “too big” or “ugly.” He revealed that from a young age, he had always wanted to reshape it, especially since he was the only one in his family with a larger nose. Zicsaloma acknowledged that some people opt for rhinoplasty for functional reasons, like breathing difficulties, but in his case, it was about boosting his confidence.
Despite facing online criticism for undergoing surgery, Zicsaloma defended his choice, urging others not to judge people for making decisions that help them feel better about themselves. He also emphasized that, morally, he lives a cleaner life compared to some of his critics, pointing out that he has never smoked, drank, or engaged in womanizing.
