Akande Barakah Anjolaoluwa, a student at Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC), has achieved top marks for Nigeria in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Anjolaoluwa scored an impressive 8.5 out of 9 points.
