Over 45,000 applicants are competing for jobs at Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) in a Computer-Based Aptitude Test. The recruitment process, which began in July 2024, aims to hire candidates for various positions within the company. NNPCL emphasizes transparency and inclusivity throughout the process.

Over 45,000 applicants are currently taking part in a Computer-Based Aptitude Test as part of the recruitment process for Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL). This marks the second stage of the company's recruitment efforts, which began in July 2024.

The test is being held at the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society Centenary Resource Centre in Maitama, Abuja, as well as at various other locations across Nigeria. NNPCL, which has been transformed into a limited company since 2022, is hiring for a variety of positions in different departments. The company’s spokesperson, Olufemi Soneye, emphasized that only the most qualified candidates would be selected for employment.

Mele Kyari, NNPCL's Group CEO, visited the testing center and assured that the process would be transparent, fair, and credible, with special provisions made for applicants with disabilities. NNPCL continues to maintain its commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity in its recruitment process.

As this marks one of the major recruitment exercises since the company’s transformation, all candidates are encouraged to stay updated on the latest requirements and guidelines for the process.
