Veteran Nollywood actor Dayo Adewunmi, famously known as "Sule Suebebe," passed away on Wednesday after a prolonged illness. The news was confirmed by Ibadan-based cleric Ademola Amusan on Facebook, expressing condolences and announcing the actor's demise at a hospital.
Adewunmi, known for his comedic roles in numerous movies like "Suku Suku Bam Bam" and "Ago Kan Oru," was also active as an MC, TV presenter, and ran a YouTube channel promoting Yoruba culture.
The cleric had previously supported him with medical expenses and provided a new home in 2023.
