Ribadu assured attendees, including Defence Minister Abubakar Badaru and other top officials, that despite budgetary constraints, the government is committed to fortifying the nation's defence capabilities.
Ribadu emphasized the armed forces' dedication to addressing security challenges, citing positive changes both within and outside Nigeria. Acknowledging the fiscal hurdles inherited, he urged unity and unwavering support for the armed forces.
