Dele Momodu 4.webp
Media entrepreneur Dele Momodu has stated that Peter Obi would have been better served remaining in the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to test his political strength instead of defecting. Speaking on Channels Television's The Morning Brief, Momodu said Obi missed an opportunity to demonstrate his popularity within the ADC's internal political framework. He alleged that Obi's political decisions are heavily influenced by his supporters, who told him they would disown him if he agreed to be vice president to anyone. "Obi did not leave because of Atiku; he left because he knew he lacked the capacity to take on Atiku," Momodu said.
