Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, has announced the identification of the perpetrator responsible for the tragic attack on 17 soldiers in Okuama community, Delta State. The soldiers, from the 181 Battalion, were on a peace mission to quell illegal oil bunkering activities in the area when they were ambushed.
