During a visit to the Ooni of Ife's palace in Osun State, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu delivered an impassioned message to Nigerian youths, emphasizing the importance of hard work. She stated, “There is no food for the lazy man,” encouraging young people to take initiative in their pursuits.

In her remarks, Tinubu highlighted the abundant resources Nigeria possesses, calling for a commitment to sustainable development that would benefit future generations. She acknowledged the challenges facing the country, especially following the removal of fuel subsidies, but urged patience with the current administration, which she said is focused on economic stabilization.
