Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek has addressed speculation about Victor Osimhen's future, stating the decision lies with the striker. Osimhen, on loan from Napoli, has been instrumental in Galatasaray's success this season. Despite interest from other clubs, he will stay until the season's end before making any decision.
Galatasaray's president, Dursun Özbek, has addressed the future of Victor Osimhen, stating that the decision about the striker’s next move will ultimately be up to him. Osimhen, who joined the Turkish club on loan from Napoli in September, has been in excellent form, netting nine goals and providing four assists in thirteen appearances. His performances have led to increased interest from several top European clubs.

Despite speculation, Özbek clarified that Osimhen will stay at Galatasaray until the end of the current season, as per the terms of the loan agreement. The 75-year-old president emphasized that while the club is eager to retain the player, the final call on whether Osimhen stays longer or moves elsewhere lies with the Nigerian forward.

"Victor Osimhen came to Galatasaray and has adapted well to our environment. If you see his attitude at Florya, it’s clear he is committed to his role," Özbek said. "He is our player for the season, and according to our agreement, he will remain with us until the season’s end. After that, the decision will be his."

Galatasaray are currently leading the Turkish Super Lig and are on track for a spot in the elimination rounds of the UEFA Europa League.
