This sum is separate from the N209 million recorded for personal expenditure in the governor's office. The report, available on the state website, details expenditures between July and September 2023, exposing an additional N2 billion allocated for refreshment/meals and welfare packages.
The breakdown exposes N1,759,466,120.21 dedicated to welfare packages and N456,401,074.13 utilized for refreshments and meals. The state House of Assembly also utilized over N800 million in the same period.
