Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) has accused his twin, Peter (Mr P), of orchestrating their elder brother Jude’s EFCC arrest over an alleged N1.3 billion fraud. Jude, former P-Square manager, faces multiple money laundering charges. He pleaded not guilty, with his bail ruling set for March 3 and trial on April 14.

Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, has accused his twin brother Peter, aka Mr P, of orchestrating their elder brother Jude’s arrest by the EFCC over an alleged N1.3 billion fraud. The former P-Square manager, Jude, was arraigned before Judge Alexander Owoeye on Wednesday and remanded in custody until his bail ruling on March 3.

Speaking outside the courtroom, Paul insisted that Peter was equally guilty of the alleged offenses. “The crime they are charging Jude with, Peter is also guilty of it,” he declared, vowing to support Jude’s release.

Jude and his company, Northside Music Ltd., face a seven-count charge, including acquiring an N850 million property in Ikoyi with alleged illicit funds and laundering over $1 million through a bureau de change. Prosecutors argue that these transactions were intended to conceal the illegal origins of the funds.

Jude pleaded not guilty and requested bail, but the prosecution objected, citing overcrowding in EFCC custody and pushing for his remand at Ikoyi Correctional Facility. The court has scheduled the trial for April 14.

The feud between the Okoye brothers deepened last year when Paul accused Peter of being behind Jude’s troubles, while Peter countered that Jude had been secretly diverting funds for years. In response, Jude claimed he had done everything possible to reconcile with his brothers, even at his own expense.
