Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), recently shared an extraordinary revelation from God, stating that the church’s governing council would one day hold meetings on the moon. Addressing attendees at the April edition of the Holy Ghost Congress convention, Adeboye recounted how God had told him that seemingly impossible things would come to pass, much like his own experience of being told he would one day own a city despite initially living in a modest one-room apartment in Mushin, Lagos.

Adeboye, 83, firmly believes in the power of God's promises, even when they seem beyond the realm of possibility. He reflected on how, years ago, when he shared his vision of owning a city, people laughed at the idea, not knowing that God's plans would materialize in unimaginable ways. Reassuring the congregation, Adeboye emphasized that while the notion of holding meetings on the moon may appear nonsensical to some, he is confident that God's word will come to pass, just as his earlier prophecies have. He added that whether people believe in the vision or not, he trusts that it will unfold in God's time.

This declaration has stirred curiosity, especially considering the current scientific understanding of the moon's potential for human habitation. According to NASA, while the moon lacks life, it could be the site of future human colonization, fueling speculation about the possibility of such a meeting in the distant future.
