The state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed that the director is in custody and the case has been referred to the Gender Desk of the Lagos State Police Command.
According to the victim, she was abducted and raped at a hotel on Chevron Drive, Lagos. She claimed her drink was spiked during the party, leading to a blackout. She woke up undressed in the hotel room around 3 AM, feeling sore and violated.
In response, ARM Pension Managers issued a statement expressing deep concern and support for the victim. The accused executive has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an independent investigation.
