Adejobi described Tailor as a significant suspect in activities deemed treasonous, including the promotion of Russian flags and incitement of anarchy in Kano and throughout Nigeria. "Ahmed Tailor was arrested in Kano today with seven more flags. He is one of the sponsors of treasonable felony, flying Russian flags and calling for anarchy in Kano and Nigeria at large," Adejobi stated.
