The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) remains resolute in its commitment to completing the Port Harcourt Refinery by the end of December. NNPC Chief Communications Officer Olufemi Soneye affirmed that the timeline for mechanical completion remains unchanged, and the contractors are optimistic about refinery operations by December or January.
The assurance comes despite Minister of State for Petroleum Heineken Lokpobiri's call for accountability if the timeline is not met.
