At the summit, Tinubu endorsed the Dar es Salaam Energy Declaration alongside other African leaders.
The summit was co-hosted by the Tanzanian government, the African Union, the African Development Bank Group, and the World Bank Group. The president was welcomed by key government officials upon his arrival.
