President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has praised the Finnish government for its role in addressing the actions of Simon Ekpa, a figure whose divisive activities threatened Nigeria's unity. During a meeting with Finland’s Ambassador to Nigeria, Ms. Sanna Selin, Tinubu expressed gratitude for Finland's timely intervention, which helped safeguard the country’s integrity.
Tinubu emphasized that Nigeria would not tolerate actions that undermine national unity, referring to Ekpa’s actions as a challenge to the nation's peaceful coexistence.
