The incident occurred early Saturday at his residence in Sunshine Homes Estate, where gunmen suspected to be armed robbers attacked and murdered him.
Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, confirmed the tragic event, stating that FCT Commissioner of Police CP Benneth C. Igweh has ordered a thorough investigation into the circumstances.
CP Igweh conveyed condolences to the deceased's family and assured swift justice, emphasizing that the perpetrators would be apprehended and brought to trial.
