Addressing members of the PDP Board of Trustees (BoT) on Tuesday, led by Chairman Adolphus Wabara, Fubara made it clear that he remains a "genuine" and "undiluted" member of the party.
Fubara's statement came in response to growing rumors and speculations about his political loyalty. He expressed gratitude to the BoT members for their visit, emphasizing that their presence dispelled any doubts about his commitment to the PDP. “This visit is a testament that standing by the party is not a wrong decision,” Fubara stated, adding that the meeting would address the origins and escalation of the current tensions within the party.
