A Federal High Court in Abuja has been asked to remove Vice Admiral Ibokette Ibas (retd) as the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, arguing that his appointment is unconstitutional. The lawsuit seeks to reinstate elected officials suspended under the emergency declaration.
