Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho is set to leave Sevilla after struggling for form, with multiple offers from clubs in England, Greece, France, and Turkey. Sevilla manager Garcia Pimienta confirmed the decision rests with Iheanacho, who is weighing his options for a potential transfer before the window closes.
Sevilla manager Garcia Pimienta has revealed that Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho is weighing several offers as he plans his next career move.
The 28-year-old forward, who joined Sevilla on a free transfer last summer, has struggled to make an impact, failing to score in nine LaLiga appearances. As a result, the Spanish club is open to letting him go, either on loan or permanently.
According to reports, Iheanacho has received offers from clubs in England, France, Turkey, and Greece. With the January transfer window open, his future remains uncertain.
Speaking ahead of Sevilla’s upcoming match against Getafe, Pimienta confirmed that the final decision rests with the player.
“He has multiple offers and will choose the best one for his future. The choice is entirely his. He remains in the squad, but it’s up to him to determine his next step,” the coach stated.
Iheanacho, who previously played in the Premier League, is expected to make a decision before the transfer window closes.
