President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, and their aides are slated to embark on a significant spending spree, allocating a staggering N15.961 billion for international and local travels in the 2024 Appropriation Bill currently under consideration by the National Assembly.
If approved, Tinubu is set to utilize N6.992 billion for foreign trips and N638.535 million for domestic travel. Similarly, Vice President Shettima's travel expenses include N1.847 billion for both international and local journeys, with N1.229 billion earmarked for foreign trips and another N618.399 million for travels within the country.
