This announcement comes from Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy. Citizens can tune in via television and radio, as the Nigerian Television Authority and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria will provide the live broadcast.
The Federal Government previously declared October 1 a public holiday to mark this significant occasion. Minister of Interior Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo extended his congratulations to Nigerians at home and abroad, emphasizing the contributions and sacrifices of hardworking citizens, asserting that their efforts will bear fruit.
