President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed his commitment to providing resources for educational institutions to ensure that no student is forced to drop out due to an inability to pay tuition fees.
Speaking at the 33rd convocation ceremony of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Tinubu highlighted the challenges facing the education sector and emphasized the importance of supporting students.
He referenced the Student Loan Bill, signed into law after his inauguration, as evidence of his dedication to education.
Tinubu, represented by Professor King-David Terna Yawe of the National Universities Commission, assured that his administration would prioritize the needs of educational institutions and students, implementing measures outlined in his manifesto to foster accessible and quality education."
