Super Eagles stars Samuel Chukwueze, Victor Boniface, and Nathan Tella had mixed performances in the UEFA Champions League. Chukwueze remained on the bench during AC Milan's 3-1 win over Real Madrid, while Boniface and Tella endured a tough 4-0 loss with Bayer Leverkusen against Liverpool.

In Tuesday's UEFA Champions League action, several Super Eagles players had mixed performances. Samuel Chukwueze was an unused substitute for AC Milan in their impressive 3-1 win over holders Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu. Milan secured the victory thanks to goals from Malick Thiaw, Alvaro Morata, and Tijjani Reijnders, while Vinicius Junior scored for Madrid. Despite Chukwueze's recent good form for Milan, manager Paulo Fonseca opted not to include him in the starting lineup or bring him on as a substitute.

Meanwhile, at Anfield, it was a tough night for Nigerian forward Victor Boniface, as he started for Bayer Leverkusen in their crushing 4-0 defeat to Liverpool. Boniface struggled to make an impact and was substituted in the 82nd minute, making way for Patrick Schick. His international teammate, Nathan Tella, also had a disappointing outing, coming on as a substitute for Alex Grimaldo in the 81st minute, but could not help Leverkusen avoid a heavy loss.

Despite their individual setbacks, the Super Eagles players continue to showcase their talents on Europe's biggest stage, with Chukwueze being a key player for Milan and Boniface and Tella looking to bounce back from this defeat with Leverkusen.
