The University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital clarifies that Burna Boy did not cover all medical bills during his visit. He assisted selected patients, not all, with their expenses. The hospital did not receive direct payments from Burna Boy, clarifying his charitable contributions to specific individuals.

The University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) has refuted claims that musician Burna Boy covered all medical expenses for patients during a recent visit. According to hospital spokesperson Mrs. Elabha Meni, while Burna Boy did assist selected patients with their bills on June 11, he did not settle all outstanding debts as widely reported.

The hospital clarified that it did not receive direct payments from the musician or his team on behalf of patients, emphasizing that only specific individuals received financial aid during his charitable gesture. Meni praised Burna Boy's generosity in supporting those in need within the community.
