Veronica Anyim, who came under scrutiny after claiming to hold a "BSc in law" from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), recently met with Dr. Paul Enenche, the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Center, and his wife, Becky Enenche.
Anyim had previously testified during a live service at the church about her alleged graduation from NOUN after ten years. However, Pastor Enenche publicly accused her of lying, leading to a video of the confrontation circulating on social media.
This incident sparked widespread reactions from Nigerians, with many calling for an apology from the pastor.
The church later issued an apology, stating that the misunderstanding was not deliberate. Following the apology, Anyim took to Facebook to share photos of herself with Pastor Enenche and his wife, expressing that she holds no grudges against them or the church.
She affirmed her commitment to serving God as a member of Dunamis church. The reconciliation between Anyim and the church comes after a period of controversy and public scrutiny surrounding her testimony and the subsequent fallout with Pastor Enenche.
