Bobrisky allegedly attempted to flee Nigeria through the Seme Border amid an ongoing EFCC investigation, according to social media influencer VeryDarkMan. Bobrisky remains silent three hours after the claims. The arrest speculation follows Bobrisky’s refusal to apologize for a leaked audio involving Femi Falana. Fans are eagerly awaiting a response.

Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, is reportedly under arrest, according to social media activist Martins Ortse, better known as VeryDarkMan (VDM). VDM alleged in an Instagram video that Bobrisky was detained by the Nigerian Immigration Service at the Seme border while attempting to flee to the Benin Republic to evade an ongoing investigation by the House of Representatives.

VDM claimed, “Bobrisky has been arrested this morning at Seme border while trying to enter the Benin Republic to escape the current investigation by the House of Reps. He is allegedly being held by Nigerian Immigration.” The allegations follow recent controversies surrounding Bobrisky, including claims made in an audio recording where he purportedly discussed bribing officials from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) with 15 million Naira.

In the recording, Bobrisky also mentioned that his previous six-month prison sentence at Kirikiri prison was avoided due to the intervention of a powerful associate. This sparked further scrutiny, leading to the ongoing investigation by the House of Representatives. Bobrisky had been summoned to provide testimony but failed to attend, citing health issues.
