Activist VeryDarkMan has launched a call centre in Abuja to assist Nigerians facing scams, oppression, infrastructure issues like water shortages, and emergencies. The free service, operating from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., is available via the number 02018880182. He funded the initiative by investing ₦100 million from his NGO MVOI in government treasury bills, using the returns to pay staff salaries while preserving donations. MVOI, backed by Don Jazzy (₦100 million) and Burna Boy (₦140 million), has raised over ₦426 million since 2024 and spent ₦271 million on education and clean water projects.
