Lagos-based blogger Stanley Okoruwa issued a public apology for false allegations against businessman Emeka Okonkwo, known as E-Money, and Jennifer Awele, wife of late actor Junior Pope. E-Money reported the offensive video to the Lagos State Police, leading to Okoruwa's arrest.
Okoruwa admitted fabricating the allegations for social media attention and seeks forgiveness. Lagos State Police spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed Okoruwa will face prosecution for defamation.
