Pastor Tobi Adegboyega responds to UK deportation and fraud claims in a video, declaring he cannot be deported and urging Nigerians to be proud of him. Critics, however, call him a "fake man of God," sparking debate over his integrity and the credibility of religious figures.

Tobi Adegboyega, the founder of SPAC Nation, has addressed concerns following reports that he lost his battle against deportation from the UK due to alleged £1.87 million fraud. An immigration tribunal ruled that Adegboyega should be deported after investigations revealed misuse of funds by his church. The pastor, who has lived in the UK unlawfully since overstaying a visitor’s visa in 2005, took to Instagram to reassure his followers, claiming that there is no criminal case against him.

In the video, Adegboyega assured his supporters that there was “no cause for alarm,” explaining that he is at home and has overcome numerous challenges in the UK. He encouraged Nigerians to be proud of his resilience, stating that he has survived many obstacles in a country known for targeting people of color. Adegboyega firmly denied any criminal activity, including allegations of fraud, emphasizing that no charges have been filed against him. He described the current situation as minor compared to past challenges he’s faced.

The pastor expressed confidence that nothing would derail his success in the UK, and assured his followers that there would be no embarrassment. "Nothing has changed, nothing will change," he declared, reassuring his fans that the “noise” surrounding the situation would not affect him. Adegboyega concluded by affirming his place in the UK, calling himself "PT number one in London City," and expressing his love and gratitude to his supporters.

Many Nigerians, however, have reacted with skepticism, with some labeling Adegboyega as a "fake man of God." Critics have expressed disappointment, accusing him of tarnishing the reputation of religious leaders in the country.
