BBNaija star Tacha has criticized Nigerian feminists for their silence over the sexual harassment allegation made by Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan against Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

In a video posted on Instagram, Tacha expressed disappointment over how Nigerians are handling the issue, stating that the lack of seriousness enables the political elite to act without consequences.

"If Natasha is lying, it sets a dangerous precedent where women can make false accusations without repercussions. On the other hand, if she’s telling the truth and nothing is done, it signals that men can sexually harass women without accountability," she argued.

Tacha questioned why Nigerian women were not taking action, referencing the 2025 International Women's Day theme, "March Forward for All Women and Girls." She accused feminists of selective activism, claiming they are vocal about defending social media influencers but remain silent on crucial issues affecting women in power.

She further stressed that such allegations, especially from a high-ranking female senator, should not be dismissed. If Senator Natasha's claims are false, Tacha stated that she should face consequences, but if true, justice must be served.

"If a woman of her status is struggling to seek justice, what hope does an 18-year-old girl in Ibadan or a young woman in Sokoto have?" she asked.
