Nigeria Wike Leads as Concerned Northern Forum Hails Tinubu's Cabinet for Year of Achievements

As President Bola Tinubu's administration celebrated its one-year milestone, the Concerned Northern Forum (CNF) showered commendations on Tinubu and his cabinet for their commitment to the "Renewed Hope Agenda" initiative. In a press briefing held in Kaduna, CNF's national vice-chairman, Muhammad Aminu, extolled the ministers' dedication, particularly highlighting their role in advancing the administration's agenda.

Aminu expressed satisfaction with the performance of several ministers, citing notable achievements in various sectors. Notably, he praised Nyesom Wike, the minister of steel development, for his transformative efforts in infrastructure and land administration within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Aminu also lauded David Umahi, the minister of works, for innovative approaches to road construction, emphasizing cost reduction and efficiency.

Highlighting specific achievements, Aminu spotlighted Umahi's contributions to projects such as the Lagos to Calabar coastal highway and the Badagry to Sokoto highway. Additionally, he commended Bunmi Ojo, the interior minister, for streamlining passport application processes through technological innovations.

However, the CNF reserved special acknowledgment for Shuaibu Audu, the minister of steel, whom Aminu described as a "focused youth." Aminu emphasized Audu's efforts to revive the steel sector, including initiatives to revitalize the Ajaokuta steel complex.

In declaring Wike as the top performer, Aminu underscored the minister's significant impact on infrastructure development and administrative reforms in the FCT.
