In response to the prevailing economic challenges, the United Marketers Association (UMAPO) in Yobe state organized a prayer session on Friday seeking divine intervention.
Alhaji Nasiru Mato, Chairman of UMAPO Potiskum chapter, led the prayer, emphasizing the need for God's forgiveness in light of the economic hardships faced by the country. Mato attributed the challenges, particularly the high cost of essential materials following the fuel subsidy removal, as a significant hurdle for marketers.
He urged all levels of government to establish committees to address the difficulties faced by Nigerians, proposing collaborative efforts to alleviate the impact of economic struggles on the business community.
