The Federal Civil Service Commission of Nigeria (FCSC) is an executive body in Nigeria that has the authority to make appointments and transfers, and to exercise disciplinary control over all Federal Civil Servants.

- Primary School Certificate
- Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age
- Recent Passport Photograph
- Ph.D. / Master's Degree Certificate
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate
- NYSC discharge/exemption/exclusion certificate
- Local Government Identification
- Eligible applicants are to submit application for only one of the available positions
- Applicants who are physically challenged should state the nature of disability.
