Principal Accountabilities
- To plan and coordinate production operations effectively to meet production plans and ensure proper maintenance of factory machinery, equipment and tools.
Principal Accountabilities
- To ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates meeting specific quality standards as required by demand and supply plans.
- To ensure maintenance programmes are carried out promptly and continuous availability of equipment/machinery; ensure Health, Safety and Environment Management.
- To prepare reports on daily productions, overall equipment efficiency (OEE), plan achievement and adherence (PAA) to account for material usage variances (MUV) and confirmation of monthly production plan.
- Collaborates with the Process team in delivering the weekly agreed supply plan.
- Works closely with the process team, the operations team and the QC/QA team to ensure the agreed plan is delivered within budget.
