In a regulatory climate shaped by 5G rollout debates, spectrum allocation, and rising public scrutiny, MTN is looking for someone who can translate federal policy into business action — and vice versa.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyse federal policy and regulatory trends
  • Build relationships with key MDAs, lawmakers, and ministries
  • Prepare policy briefs and risk assessments
  • Align corporate initiatives with government priorities
  • Navigate legal and public-facing compliance across executive affairs


Requirements:
  • Law degree + called to the Nigerian Bar
  • 3–7 years working with or within MDAs
  • Strong analytical and political understanding
  • Experience drafting policy summaries or strategy memos
  • Ability to track, interpret, and brief internal teams on legislation and risks
