Chief Chekwas Okorie, the founding National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance ( APGA),
has stated that the potential for South-Eastern presidential candidates taking the Presidency using the platforms of either the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) or the All Progressives Congress (APC) should be ruled out for the 2015 elections or any on the coming future.
This was said at the South East People Development Association (SEPDA) organised event of the Igbo Political Summit, where the nation's political history was recounted and the conclusion made. he said that no one would support the Ndigbo taking the presidency of Nigeria under the aforementioned political parties and the way they were structured.
