Nigeria: The Bayelsa State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party on Tuesday expelled nine of its members who are regarded as loyal to President Goodluck Jonathan, PUNCH reports.
They were kicked out over alleged anti-party activities in the last general elections.
Their expulsion was allegedly orchestrated by Governor Seriake Dickson.

Recently the ‘suspended’ Chairman of the party, Col. Sam Inokoba (retd.), accused Dickson of impunity over his suspension.
He said the disciplinary committee set up by the state working committee and its leader was illegal, null and void.
